Dear SWRC Family –
It is with thanksgiving that I write this special update in celebration of our recent 91st anniversary. God has kept Southwest Radio Ministries moving forward for Him for 91 blessed years. While 2024 has already been an exciting year as we expand our outreach, we—at the same time—have seen a dramatic decrease in giving to the ministry.
There have been times in the past when we have been concerned about the financial situation of the ministry. This is one of those times. As we continue construction on both a TV studio and a separate podcast/audio studio, we need your support more than ever. Additionally, summer is on the way, and giving to ministries always drops during vacation time, as you can imagine.
Thanks to your generous support at the end of last year, we have been able to almost complete construction on the two studios, and we wanted to give you the opportunity to partner with us to bring to fruition these projects that we are looking forward to using for God’s glory …
PODCAST/AUDIO STUDIO
Monitors. wiring, work stations and lighting are nearing readiness in the new audio area. This studio will enable our talented staff to not only debut new podcasts, but also record our daily Watchman on the Wall programs in state-of-the-art facilities. To complete the podcast studio, we only need around $5,000.
TV STUDIO
With flooring on its way, we are thrilled to report that our TV studio construction is also nearing completion. We look forward to launching the Prophecy in the News television show before the year is out! To fully equip the television studio, we need about $65,000.
NEW SWRC WEB PRESENCE
Our third project well underway is online—a new website, to launch later this year, where you will be able to listen, watch, read, shop, and learn about our events, as well as support the ministry as God leads you. To complete the site, we need about $30,000.
